Okay, June just seems a lifetime away. I can't imagine waiting 1 year between every book. It was so nice to get the first 16 book whenever I wanted. Sigh.

lol i know how u mean, i read from 1 to 13 last year when i discovered the series, took me 2 weeks. once i finished i was like damn what do i do now. so i waited for plum lucky but the didnt release on the due date here in aust so i had to wait another month to get it. So i dont know if i should pre order the next one from amazon.com and pay for fast shipping, or wait and c when they release here. Maybe i'll call up a few stores, but I guess they wouldnt know the actual delivery date of the books :/ Janet is going to write more inbetweens, so we really only have to wait 6 months for her books, i like to look at it that way so i can handle it lol

I guess. I mean, the in betweens are better than nothing but they aren't the same. I just really miss Joe and Ranger. I don't really feel anything for Diesel at all. It's also really sad because I know that when the book comes out it will be over in a couple days. She needs to write the next book about 10X the length Think we can convince of that!

I am relistening to 12 now. A lot of people seem to dislike it but it's one of my favorites to relisten to.

Yeah i know what you mean, i watch the FAQ's on janets site, and i think i saw a q someone asked if its possible if an inbetween novel will have all 3 men, the reply was anythings possible. So maybe janet will put ranger and joe in the inbetween with diesel that i could live with. Diesel is cool but yeah, hes just a guy, not one i want for steph. You'd have a bit of trouble i think convincing her to do that I think its on purpose she keeps them short and sweet. But i would loooooovvveee a realy long book, that i could read for more than a few days. book 12 is the awesome one with the ranger imposter isnt it? I really love that one, its one of my favs too, I think it shows just how much ranger really does care about steph. Book 13 was actually a bit of a let down i thought after 12 was soo good.

I don't think she will put them in the in-between books more than they are now. They tend to keep the answers vauge in the FAQ's. I guess it's in their best interests.
I know she won't do any long books but we can all dream right?

The thing I liked about 13 is that she did the whole thing herself. There was a pattern of different people all coming to her rescue. It was nice that at the end of 13, if no one comes, she can still handle it. Granted, it's due to pure blind luck but it's her regardless.
I do love that *** saved her in the one with JunkMan though. That was a suprise and funny. I like the comment she makes about it too.

the thing i liked about 13 was the whole book except the end, i know u know girl power, she conquered. I suppose I do understand what your saying, its good to see she can handle it, but nothing beats ranger coming to save you, i'd let him save me anyday or joe, joe is cute too. But im old style and i like the damsel in distress, well in this case anyway, I was soo annoyed that ranger couldnt save her. I think apart from the one where ranger gets shot my other fav ending is, (cant remember the book) the one when she gets kidnapped by the webmaster guy and he wants to kill her for a game. I love when ranger comes to the rescue, and it was a funny scene too. Maybe she wont put them in the inbetweens, i dunno if i can go a full length plum book with no joe or ranger, Janet is a good writer so maybe she'll keep our attention another way, prob through the humour.

I was at a navy base before so we had to go look for Maverick. It never does quite meet your expectations. And Maverick, or at least the actor, is a real person. I am not sure there is a human on this earth who could live to my imagination of what Ranger is ;D

As for book ending, I guess having Ranger save her is nice and having her do it herself is nice. What I really like is that JE changes it up. It would be more predictable if she ALWAYS saved herself, this way, you never know. And it would be really lame if Ranger always saved her too.
But you didn't love that Ranger was watching her the whole time and assuming she was just hanging out at her parents? I loved the ending. I thought it was awesome that both her "heroes" were doing nothing thinking she was fine while she waiting for them to come busting in any second. Okay, I hated the very very end when she left the scene but how she was expecting the calvery and there was nothing was great.
You know, it's hard to write these comments without giving too much away. I dont' want to ruin it for anyone.

Found an new series. JE apparently co-authors it. It's Full House followed by Full Tilt and there are other Full books. I haven't had a chance to set it up so I can listen to it. Is it good? On the back cover it says she's trying to do something similar to Plum.

Yeah i dont think that i could ever find a man to be ranger, it would prob ruin my idea of him.
About the book ending you are right. I do love how ranger leaves a transmitter with steph and is constantly aware of where she is. Cause when she called him he was like what are u doing at your parents. I do like that it is unpredictable. I guess the ending was ok when i think about it, just not so dramatic as 12 was. I also thought it cool how janet mentioned the rangeman embroidered pants left in the washing pile. I dont think making these comments would ruin too much, plus if they havent already read the books they prob wouldnt be reading this.
About the full series, i think there are 6 or so books, i dont remember all the names. I actually read them before i found the plum series. They are good, i dont remember too much, they are similar in style, with the romance, mystery, funny all in there. I was in love with the male lead at the time i was reading them.
