Best ass in Trenton, vice cop or kick-ass, dangerously sexy bounty hunter? Who would you pick if you were Steph?

The painted-on black shirts are definately very nice...*drool* I still think Antonio would make a very good Ranger (hence the picture at the top lol)

Well, I don't agree with you on the Antonio thing, (Leanne, don't you dare...) but I will say that I think I like Ranger better than Morelli in the books. But that might just be because he seems to be a lot more 'noble' than Morelli... he has some serious self-restraint. I admire that.

Yes, but read the descriptions of Ranger in the book, and they do resemble Antonio Banderas! At least he can actually act, unlike the Rock who has been suggested

Well, true. I still think there would be other guys better for Ranger, but I like imagining him just fine ;D
And who has been suggested...?

So, are we all Rangerbabes? I definitely prefer the man in tight black Ts.
One big reason is that Morelli reminds me too much of my Italian-American highschool sweetheart who was neither sweet nor had heart. He was delightful in the bedroom, and he did drive a Ducati. But now, 12 years after splitting, I can't recall any other good qualities in the guy.
But that's really more about why I don't like Morelli. Let's hear Ranger's praises. He's smart, organized, hardworking, gorgeous, generous, patient, sexy, supportive, in control without being controlling, and gorgeous. Oh, and he's gorgeous.

Hi all, Ranger may be hot and a man of mystery. But he is not someone to have a "relationship" with. The rest may be telling something to people who have not read far enough along in the books.
I remember in one of the books where Stephanie is in the off again stage with Morelli and she asks Ranger about a relationship with him and he says: "you need to go back to Morelli and work this out. We could push this relationship and it wouldn't be good for either of us." This despite the fact that Ranger tells Steph that maybe she has 30% of Morelli. Morellie seems more of a real guy. Ranger seems more of a fantasy. They both have big issues. In the books I would rather see her with Morelli. I guess I can see how she could have a real future with Morelli if he grew up more. And how it is harder to be a boyfriend than a fantasy man. But I love them both. Katia

I find it hard to decide, I'm part Italian, and I like the sexiness of Italian men, but I love the fantasy of the Cuban Sex God, but it is a hard decision to make glad I don't have too. hehe

I can see points for Morelli, but I'm not sure I can see Steph ever really wanting to be what Morelli wants/needs in a wife. He wants the Burg life, or more or less - pot roast at six and two-point-four (or whatever it is) kids. I can't see Steph really going for that if she follows her heart and does what she really wants. I mean, she's a bounty hunter! How many people in the Burg do that? Apart from Joyce, of course... anyway, that's just what I think. But I've always liked fantasy much more than reality. So much more interesting...

At least he can actually act, unlike the Rock who has been suggested I don't think either is all that great as an actor, but I just think Antonio is too old for the part. 10-15 years ago, he would have been perfect. But I can't actually think of anyone else for it.

But now, 12 years after splitting, I can't recall any other good qualities in the guy.. I think that Joe has a great sense of humor and can appreciate her crazy family (look at his!). He's hot and he actually trusts her. I like that he is a guy from the 'Burg so he can understand the family thing, the dinner thing, the little quirks of everyone knowing everyone. I think he just "gets her"

While Ranger may be sexy as hell, and mysterious, he is the mystery fantasy we'd love to have lust after us and then be able to bed us a couple of times. But he's not the family type.

He wants the Burg life, or more or less - pot roast at six and two-point-four (or whatever it is) kids. I think that is exactly what she wants, but she isn't mature enough to realize it yet. She wants the sexual fantasy with Ranger, but she eventually wants the normal Burg life. And I hope the books continue on after marriage, because I think she'd be a hoot as a mother.
